About Primrose House
Occupying a seaside position only 300 yards from Sennen Cove’s sandy beach, this spacious detached house commands spectacular views out to sea over Whitesand Bay towards Cape Cornwall.
It is well placed for a seaside or surfing holiday or a base to explore West Cornwall. Land’s End is only one mile away, St Just is five miles away and Penzance is eight miles away. The cliff top Minack Theatre is four miles away. The Old Success Pub is just 300 yards from the house.
Situated on the sea front, Primrose House has spacious accommodation for eight people. There is a double room, two twin rooms and a full size bunk bedded room.
Primrose House is a converted fisherman's house with a small courtyard at the back with garden furniture and an outhouse that has a shower and storage for surfboards. The house is comfortably furnished.

There is a large beamed living room with gas stove and rugs on a slate floor and a beamed dining room in a modern well fitted kitchen, also with slate floors.
Upstairs there is one double room and a twin room with spectacular views. There is a second twin room and bunk room overlooking the rear courtyard. There is a bathroom with over bath electric shower and loo.
Outside is a small rear courtyard with garden furniture and outside utility room with washer dryer and surf board storage and a wet room shower and loo.

How to find
Primrose House, Sennen Cove, Penzance, Cornwall. TR19 7DF
Follow the A30 road into Cornwall and drive right to Penzance. On reaching Penzance, at the Tesco roundabout, take the second exit onto the Penzance bypass which is signed to Lands End.
Follow this very winding road to the village of Sennen. About three quarters of a mile after you pass the sign “Sennen” there is a turning on the right signed “Sennen Cove”. Take this road down the very steep hill to the cove.
About half way along the promenade, just after the fish and chip shop, our cottage is the one, painted cream with bay windows, sticking out slightly onto the pavement. On the right hand side of the house is one parking space.
